What should you do the day before an exam?

- Get a Good Night’s Sleep. The importance of sleeping well goes without saying.
- Eat a Protein-rich Breakfast. On the day of your exam, eat breakfast, but not just any breakfast.
- Get Moving. Try to get some exercise outside, if possible.
- Mellow Out.
- Stretch.
- Breathe!
- Fidget.
- Remember Your Posture.
Should I study hours before an exam?
Try to spend no more than an hour or two reviewing for your test. You don’t want to spend all day studying as it’ll wear you out the day of your test. Plus, you’re unlikely to remember every piece of information you cram in such a short amount of time!
Can I study for an exam in 12 hours?
During a time of such intense exam pressure, you first need to realise that studying for 12 hours a day is not something very healthy and you can rarely, if ever, adapt yourself to doing something like that. What is most effective is studying with full concentration in small pockets and taking short breaks in between.
Should you study the night before your exam?
No! A little review on the night before is fine. But it’s actually counter-productive to study every detail or attempt to memorize all of the formulas the night before. Besides, you need your sleep more. Studies have shown that cramming doesn’t really help you out anyway. Cramming only adds to your stress and lowers your confidence.
Is it better to study the night before a test?
If you are on a strict deadline, you are better off studying the night before, or the morning of the exam. Study when it is dark. (This includes nighttime and early morning before the sun comes up.) If you are studying just to refresh your knowledge and casually reviewing your notes, it is better to study in the morning/daytime.
